PINTAKA(URU) and Ana Lia Mendez (ARG)

The Uruguayan horse PINTAKA(Bay,Gelding,2000,Cross Raid) won today's 90km CEI * Lady race which took place at Emirates. The rider Ana Lia Mendez, from Argentina, took to the podium to PINTAKA.

We are glad for this result because it was Pio Olascoaga Silveira who saw him competing in the traditional Uruguayan Raid and recommended this horse in June 2008. From that time PINTAKA start to train in LA UNION (AL AASFA Endurance Training Center in Uruguay) at that time Managed by Pio Olascoaga Silveira.

Under the supervision of Pio, PINTAKA finish 120km in Uruguay after travel to Emirates. Before this the horse was one time 4th place and two times WINNER of 90km Raid.

Since his arrival to the desert in April 2009 PINTAKA is training in EMIRATES STABLES by Jaume Punti Dachs , after this won we assume the horse will go to the eltie stables of Al Maktoum family.
